水山 Suizan Sagamib手打烏龍麵

Udon is one of the most popular Japanese cuisines. Actually, you can get any kind of Japanese food you want in Ho Chi Minh City.
Suizan Sagami, which majors in hand-made udon at B2 of Takashimaya, has their 2nd branch opening near Lê Thánh Tôn street. That is a whole new Japanese teishoku restaurant which is different from their original one in Takashimaya.
When you step in, warm and bright space makes you feel like you are in Japan.
Their staffs are very friendly and speaking English/Japanese well. The food is also good as well, especially the udon, tempura and Japanese rice .
The price is VND130k~200k for each set, it's cheaper than other Japanese restaurants in HCMC. Good place for family or people who don't wanna eat too much.
Takashimaya(高島屋) B2的山水手工烏龍麵,今年4月在胡志明市日本區開了一間新店面,就位在知名早午餐L'Usine Lê Thánh Tôn分店的同條小路裡。
餐廳走的是日式家庭料理風格,以販售定食為主,店面雖然位在地下室,但以木工為基調的裝潢,讓整個空間顯得溫暖明亮。


到訪時,正好是晚餐時間,店裡幾乎滿座,客人以日本人為主,有獨自一人用餐的,也有家族或朋友團體,店內電視播放日本頻道,通日文,氛圍有點像日本車站附近常見的家庭定食餐廳,讓人覺得彷彿來到了日本。

水山主打手工烏龍麵,官網還特別說明了手打烏龍麵和一般烏龍麵的不同,烏龍沾麵,手工製作的關係,麵體Q彈有彈性,麵條偏扁,粗細不一,硬度剛好,配上醬汁,很適合在胃口不佳的炎熱天氣食用。

定食中的鮭魚丼飯,鮭魚生魚片只有三片,但米飯相當好吃,我們一大一小點一份分食剛好。另外,單點的天婦羅外皮酥脆、內層蝦子和蔬菜都多汁好吃,可是天婦羅醬汁竟然沒有蘿蔔泥!(天婦羅和蘿蔔泥他們不是好朋友嗎?)


至於價格部分,一份定食約VND130k~200k,炸蝦天婦羅一份VND80k,以胡志明市來說算是非常平價的日本料理,環境乾淨,份量足夠,口味道地,定食式餐點,無論一個人吃飯或小家庭來都很適合。
